Dryer Vents: (90 Days) I realize that Vent Pros, Inc. cannot be liable if a dryer vent becomes disconnected in the wall during the cleaning process. If vents are properly constructed using screws, it is impossible to disconnect during the cleaning process. No guarantee on dryer vents with design flaws or ones we cannot get full access to both ends of the ductwork. It is expected that lint will begin to build-up in the dryer vents before a year. How much lint depends upon design, how much laundry is being done and if the lint screens are cleaned prior to use. It is strongly recommended to clean the lint screens before each use. We recommend dryer vents be cleaned annually as a preventative maintenance. We cannot be responsible for a dryer fire, as there are many factors beyond our control. HVAC: (1yr. ) Upon completion of work, we guarantee that all interior surfaces will be clean and free of dust and debris according to the specifications set forth by NADCA. However, we cannot guarantee the quality of the indoor air, as many things beyond our control affect it. We also cannot guarantee the cleanliness of the ducts unless we also clean the air handling units that serve them and have complete access to all components of the system. Nor can we guarantee the health of occupants. Better filtration and purifiers may be needed if a problem still persists. The guarantee does not cover new dust, dirt or debris that may accumulate once our cleaning is completed. Periodic cleaning of HVAC systems is recommended as preventative maintenance. Kitchen Exhaust: (None) We try to remove as much grease buildup as possible, but in certain cases it cannot be completely removed due to prior vendor neglect. In most cases, previous neglect cannot be undone without going above and beyond regular cleaning quote. Extent of extra work may be hand scraping or replacing of ductwork. Frequency of service recommendations may change as use/need changes.
